Probably the most authentic Sichuan cuisine in South Germany. Well, to be honest, there is no one
It is a Chongqing restaurant that is not very familiar in Japan. But it's insanely delicious! Since the amount of one plate is large, it is recommended to go with a large number of people and eat several kinds. When you order a side dish, white rice is always included. The taste is so strong that the rice goes on. It's very spicy like soup (I'm sorry I don't know the name), so be careful. There are some spicy peppers, but the spiciness of Japanese pepper is strong. I think some people are not good at it. Eggplants with sardines, water spinach, and twice-cooked meat are not spicy at all, so even those who are not good at spicy food can eat them. My recommendation is fried rice. It has a light taste, but it goes well with strong side dishes. The inside of the store is also clean and spacious. The shop is kind. There was also a parking lot. The menu is German and Chinese only. For some reason, the outside seats are so dark that the menu is unreadable! Very well recommended. Best Chinese place in town! Be carful if you do n’t like spicy stuff do not try dishes with chili. It ’s really hot. Best time to go there is around 1pm on a weekday to avoid crowds.
Unfortunately we didn't like the restaurant anymore. We ordered 3 menus. We were very disappointed with the quality. 辣 ⼦ 鸡, Chicken on the Bone? No, ONLY bones with crumbs ... really surprised ..
Very tasty authentic chinese food. Not comparable to the “normal” Asian restaurants. Also very friendly service and quick preparation of the food. Everything perfect and highly recommended.
Who suzhan kitchen and upper on Chin.mag is right here
Best Chinese restaurant in Stuttgart
Probably original Chinese cuisine. It's a matter of taste, but very well attended - also by many who just love the original. There should be something for everyone on the menu.
authentic an tasty chinese food
Not to mention the high price, the ingredients are not careful enough, only one tastes right after I ordered 5 dishes, so I gave it one star. I sigh, I really don't understand that Situ wants to eat Chinese food.
It's really bad, and the boss's attitude is not good. When the dish was served, I just asked: Which dish is this, and the proprietress shouted: "This is XXx. Didn't you order it?!" The grilled fish is not fresh anymore and will not come again.
Traditional Chinese cuisine .... Lots of delicious Sichuan dishes! Great service! We can only recommend the CQ!
Nice to be able to enjoy the taste of chilli and Sichuan pepper in the Swabian capital. A good card with a lot Selection, the spices are actually original. Some ingredients (vegetables, meat) in ours "Ma-la-Tang" were too cut up to be crumbled. Therefore 4 out of 5 stars
Adding new dishes, it's even more delicious! Fast food, good service, good taste! It is worthy of an Internet celebrity shop, and celebrities must come specially when they come to Germany!
Authentic Chinese cuisine, which my wife, who was born in China, is happy to confirm. We have been here twice for dinner and always very satisfied. Friendly and attentive service and delicious food. Very kind to children. Take away meals.
The CQ seems to offer one of the few authentic Chinese experiences in Stuttgart. While there are really very good dishes (cold pork belly in chilli oil), the Szechuan eggplants are only mediocre, and the mapotofu good, but not worth the price. The dishes are quite expensive for the small portions. For that they have to taste better.
Great food, I dare to say that it is the best Chinese restaurant in the Stuttgart region. If you happen to like spicy food, that's the right place!
Nice food, good portion, polite staff
There is very delicious Chinese cuisine, not just simply fried rice and noodles, but real Chinese dishes (fried frog legs, for example). But don't worry everyone will find something to eat there, there are simply meat dishes, vegetables and much more. The waitresses are very nice and you never have to wait long.
One of the better ones around Stuggi, typical Sichuan dishes and flavours
Excellent Chinese food. It's a bit expensive compared to other places but it worth it.
Absolutely amazing restaurant! I grew up in China and have very high standards for Chinese cuisine, but CQ flavor knocked it out of the park! Absolutely the best Chinese food near Stuttgart. Beware though that the dishes are properly spicy, especially for German standards.
Love the Szechuan dishes!
The food is quite good, the portions also very plentiful BUT when we asked if it was possible to get a dish without meat this was readily offered. Then the evil awakened with the bill, even without meat the food costs the full price! Awesome € 14.90 for a little wok vegetable! When we asked why it was simply said casually that was normal. My question whether we would get the meat was simply ignored. The food was definitely the same in the portion except that no meat was placed on it. The men's toilet is teeming with spiders! One wonders whether cleaning is done here or not. For all vegetarians, it is recommended to choose only the purely vegetarian dishes in this restaurant. Finally, a little note for everyone who likes slight sharpness: here is slightly sharp beautiful very sharp!
Real Chinese cuisine? Then this is the right place. Spicy, extraordinary and delicious. As we know it from China. For the guests who want to take it easy, there is also a Germanized card. The water spinach is very tasty.
Absolutely love this place! I highly recommend the duck! Fantastic! We were in town for a tradeshow at Messe and came back many nights.
Amazing food. Typical Chongqing food. I can confirm it, since I was staying in China for 1,5 years. Can recommend it to every spicy food lover! Friendly staff and good prices!
Nice taste! It is a good choice that you can eat multiple times.
Really good
The address is not easy to find it. Taste is also normal.
Very good but far from the city. If you're in Stuttgart and have a craving for Sichuan food, try this place!
Food is average (I had to lower my expectation as Stuttgart is small city), but the service was poor. I have been there twice, as it's near the end of my hiking trail, but on the third time, they refused to serve me when I arrive just >30 minutes before closing time on Sunday afternoon.
Very authentic Chinese Chongqing restaurant! Recommend!
Their mapo tofu is the best!!
Expensive but taste aweful. Not recommended.
Authentic Schezuan food for outside of china. We hosted a large party for our Chinese partners here and they enjoyed the food. A little cramped for.large groups.
Great food
The food is really tasty but there is a bucket of oil in every dish served. It is also spicy ( I like spicy)
So delicious
TOP
sichuan food in Stuttgart
When entering the restaurant is noticeable that the place is visited by many Chinese. There's a reason for that too If you like Chinese food, you will get to know the real Chinese cuisine here. It is absolutely no comparison to the traditional Chinese restaurants. It expects the visitor extraordinary dishes, which are finely tuned. The portions are very large and sometimes very spicy. For people who do not dare, there is also a normal Chinese buffet, comparable to any regular Chinese restaurant.
Recommended: red oil bean skin, spicy chicken, fried fried intestines, fish-flavored eggplant, hairy blood, big boiled dried shrimp, shrimp corn, spinach. The taste of the dish is very good, the price is good, the quantity is also big, the key is that the speed of serving is fast, and the speed of serving on the table is absolutely impressive in Germany, and it is catching up with the country. Mangoschorle is very rich and delicious. In a large shopping center, parking outside is very convenient. Next to it is dm, it is convenient to buy things. The overall price is good and good, we are stable for three days. ?
I truly think that this is a restaurant that had fake reviews. I am German and we were visiting Germany from the U.S and I thought I could take my family to a neat little Chinese place. It is HORRIBLE.. go find another place. Yes they have some dishes that I've personally never heard of. We went there in the afternoon we ordered of the menu. I ordered Crispy duck and got beef with veggies after telling the waitress that I did not receive the food I ordered she said they were out of duck...? So they just took it upon themselves to give me beef.. My daughter had chicken and mushrooms, my husband had shrimp fried rice. Extremely bland and the sauces with our dishes were cornstarchy and bland. We didn't even eat half of our food. 50€ later we know we will never return.
I feel like we visited this place on the wrong day or something. They are supposed to be great but here is my experience. 1. FOOD They ran out of tofu (?!!!) so I couldn't have the one dish that I went there for (vegan mapo tofu). Instead the waitress recommended the aubergine and the spicy green beans, which were tasty (although the beans were super salty). We also ordered the cold tofu stripes as a starter, which was only ok. One good thing about the menu is that they clearly label what is vegan and what isn't (a miracle in a Chinese restaurant!) and they have many vegan dishes too chose from. I really appreciated that specific aspect of their menu. 2. DRINKS When asking for a bottle of mineral water (still, not sparkly) we got what was definitely a bottle re-filled with tap water and they charged us 4 euros for it. 3. SERVICE The service was very fast although not very friendly (it was weird, the waitress was nice to me but very aggressive with my Chinese friend for some reason). 4. PRICE The price was very reasonable (40 euros for 2 people, including drinks) although I feel like that's mainly due to the fact that we only ordered vegan dishes. Of course, if you go there ordering seafood, the bill could be much higher! They also accept card payments which is great. Overall, I would give this restaurant only 3 stars because of the incoherent experience that it gave me. I think I will give it one last shot (calling before to make sure that it has the Mapo tofu dish that day!) and depending on how good it taste and how friendly the service is that day, I will come back here to update my review or not.
Nice food Very quick, you don’t even need to wait.
Great authentic Chinese food, friendly staff.
Very good food capturing authentic flavours of China much better than the average "Chinese" restaurant. Extensive menu with "beginner friendly" and more exotic choices; from spring rolls to chicken feet or pig's blood stew. Friendly staff, comparably cheap and you definitely won't go home hungry! Also offers takeaway.
Very autentic food. Very spicy dishes available.
The food was delicious and staff were friendly. The toilets wasn't very clean though.
Delicious authentic Chinese food!
